Not citizen media law related per se, but with Google's reach, it's recently opened Public Policy Blog, which offers "Google's views on government, policy and politics," is going to be must reading.   As Cory Doctorow reports:

Google's public policy team (led by the wonderful Andrew McLaughlin) has opened up its internal blog, and it's great reading. I worry a lot about Google being evil -- and about whether Google is evil today. But people like Andrew and his team go a long way to setting my mind at ease.
